We are looking for a dedicated and organized Policy Officer to join our team at the European Labour Authority (ELA). This role involves contributing to project planning, policy coordination, and various administrative tasks to support our unit’s activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Launch exploratory work on a remuneration calculator, including identifying existing initiatives, mapping, and analyzing their working mechanisms and relevant sources.
• Map remuneration and all its mandatory elements applicable to posted workers in the Member States, including collective agreements.
• Liaise with stakeholders in the field, including national administration officials, social partners, and EU bodies.
• Liaise with contractors and ICT services at company and the European Commission.
• Draft background and working documents, concept papers, notes, briefings, and presentations.
• Organize review and validation of such documents and ensure the required follow-up.
• Monitor, report, and evaluate different project activities.
• Contribute to the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of meetings of compony’s Working Group on Information.
• Contribute to compony’s work programme development in the field of Information and Services by actively participating in brainstorming meetings and discussions.
• Perform other activities as assigned by the Head of Sector or Head of Unit.
• Contribute to the exploration of information needs of drivers and operators and map existing web information in the Member States and at the EU level.
• Draft background and working documents, concept papers, notes, and briefings.
• Organize review and validation of such documents and ensure the required follow-up.
• Monitor, report, and evaluate different project activities.
• Liaise with stakeholders in the field, including national administration officials and social partners.
• Contribute to the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of meetings of compony’s Working Group on Information.
