Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team as a Freelancer for Germany. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and hiring top-tier healthcare talent across various levels and roles (doctors and nurses). The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting for healthcare roles and be familiar with different sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking events.


Responsibilities:
Source, identify, and hire top-tier healthcare talent across various levels and roles
Utilize different sourcing techniques such as social media, job boards, and networking events
Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offering acceptance
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the recruitment process and candidate experience

Salary:
this is a commission-based job only
split fee (60% to the Agency and 40% to you)


Workplace:
this is a remote position, and the successful candidate will be able to work from their home.
