Náplň (druh) práce

The Maintenance Technician is going to perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment used in the lithium-ion battery manufacturing process to ensure the successful execution of production activities.

Work under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor to maximize equipment efficiency;
independently troubleshoot, repair, service, and maintain facility/electromechanical production machinery;
perform preventive maintenance (PM) on equipment for battery production (machines like mixers, coaters, calendars, slitters, vacuum dry ovens, battery performance testing machines, etc.);
perform repairs on malfunctioning equipment;
troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical equipment, using standard and specialized hand/power tools (pipe threader, press, welder, cutting torch, machining, etc.);
evaluate equipment by establishing operating conditions, devising performance tests, analyzing results, and recommending changes;
provide comprehensive technical support;
communicate engineering issues and create work requests;
order parts, supplies, and equipment from catalogs and suppliers, or obtain them from storerooms;
perform other tasks as instructed by management.
